Description: bump Linux-Maximum to declare Linux 7.3 support
 The Linux 7.3 compatibility fixes (see linux-7.3-compat.patch) are
 present in this tree, but META still declares Linux-Maximum: 7.2, so
 the autoconf kernel-version check refuses to build against Linux 7.3.
 Bump the field to 7.3 to permit it.
