Description: document the Debian periodic scrub/trim mechanism
Upstream ships per-pool zfs-scrub@/zfs-trim@ systemd timers, documented in
the PERIODIC SCRUB / PERIODIC TRIM sections. Debian additionally runs a
periodic scrub/trim across all online pools, gated by the
org.debian:periodic-{scrub,trim} user property. Note this alongside the
upstream timer documentation so users understand the default behaviour.
